Let it Be x

LET IT BE – A BLOG

We could put a nice shiny picture here and show you who we are, but we prefer to show you what we do which makes us who we are.

When Paul McCartney wrote “Let it be” he explained that he had a vision of his mother, Mary who had passed over when he was just 14, who told him simply not to worry just “Let it be”

Easier said than done but 55 years later the positive intention of “Let it be” could not be more fitting. In a world where anger is rising, life can be difficult, and our inner peace is being destroyed the words may seem a million miles away from us as a solution.

This got me thinking deeper and deeper about my own inner peace and the subject specifically of Radical Compassion, treating myself with kindness and understanding, rather than judgment, I have found it is crucial for my inner peace.

And as we open our hearts to our own compassion and kindness to ourselves, I have found that I have plenty left over to offer kindness and compassion to others, it is such a cleansing and uplifting practice to simply “Let it be”

What are we letting be! Judgement, self-criticism, imposter syndrome, a feeling of unworthiness, yes, I have been through all this, haven’t we all!

And while this is not a blatant advert but a heartfelt confession of how it has been for me so can it be for you. It may not seem it, but we can really “Let it be”

So, let us whisper words of wisdom, let it be and we will find between the stimulus and response there is a space and in this space is your power and freedom to “Let it be”
