Our Gong baths are designed to immerse and bathe you in a sea of vibration, creating many frequencies healing on all levels of our being, Spiritual, Mental, Emotional and Physical leaving you in a place of Balance, Harmony and Peace, raising your vibration and energising you, but there is so much more to this amazing meditation process.
In a warm, safe and cosy environment we lie on our mats in warm comfortable clothing, snuggled down under blankets and with a comfy pillow and allow our Physical and Mental selves to relax, let go of resistance, and stop thoughts through this deep meditation, allowing your vibration to rise, which will put you in a position to receive what you want on all healing levels.
Our resident Reiki Masters, Julie and Tracy will move around each relaxed Soul administering deeply healing Reiki energy, through laying on of hands to the crown, side of head and shoulders inviting in the Universal healing properties of Reiki which will find the places it needs to get to helped with your intention.
Your mind will float away as you relax and a deep state of thoughtlessness will come over you bringing you to a place of omnipresence, at one with one thought, you.
