Elemental Weekend Retreat

Friday 16th October

Prices from only £425

Where better to return to the wild woman that is inside of us all but the beautiful, rugged coastline of Celtic Anglesey.

Anglesey (Ynys Môn) is deeply connected to shamanism through its ancient Druidic past, considered a sacred heartland for Celtic spirituality, featuring sacred groves, stone circles, and a rich tradition of myth, animism, and connection to nature spirits.

All this in this wonderfully wild setting whilst we then relax in our luxurious accommodation at Capel Seion in the town of Aberfraw.

All meals are included with a further option to stay for a 3rd night.

Road and Rail links are excellent, and a car share option will be available.

Whilst most of our work will be outside we have also booked for the whole weekend the local community centre for our indoor work.

*PRICES HELD*

About

Located just a stone’s throw from the Aberffraw estuary and the Anglesey coastal path this Grade 2 listed chapel offers a sanctuary of peace.
We will celebrate the Earth as we walk the path, the Air as we learn to breathe again, the Water as we cleanse in the clear Irish sea, the Fire as we celebrate with our Cacao Ceremony on the beach warmed by an open log fire and our Spirit flows back to us.

Our weekend itinerary will include: Welcome Ceremony, Hot and Cold therapy with a Sauna on the beach and a cooling dip in the wild Irish Sea, Gong, Drum and Crystal Bowl sound baths, Drumming Circle, A complimentary therapy of Reiki, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology or Drum Reiki, and also a Tarot reading.

We have a full and fun weekend planned for those of you who would like to step away from the world and immerse themselves into themselves.

All meals included - Own transport is required - Car sharing available

Here are just a few lovely words from souls who joined us in May
