What is a Floating Sound Bath!

Well, there is certainly no water involved, so no need for a towel.

A Floating Gong bath, or Crystal Bowl Bath, is a meditative sound healing session where you lie down on a warm flocked air bed, relax, and are immersed in the deep, resonant vibrations and sounds from Gongs, Crystal Singing Bowls and Chimes using sound waves to promote deep relaxation, stress relief, and emotional release, acting as a form of holistic therapy. Despite the name, there's no water; instead, you're "bathed" in sound, entering altered brainwave states (alpha to theta) for profound rest and rebalancing.
