Our Level 2 Sound Healing training will cover all we learnt in Level 1 with the added modality of the Gong bringing you to a confident place with a full understanding and skills you need to create and facilitate your own Gong and Sound Bath.

We will learn the basic skills needed to play various sound healing instruments, like various Gongs, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, and Chimes, understanding the vibrational qualities of different sounds, incorporating the concept of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether) to create balanced sound experiences, proper technique for striking instruments, creating a safe and supportive space for participants, and developing skills in guiding meditation and intention setting within the Gong and  sound bath practice.
