It is thought that when women come together in healing circle, ripples of healing are sent across the earth !
Women have been gathering in circles for over 3000 years so why not now.
The evening will be a chance to recharge, restore, heal, share, connect
the evenings are based around energy healing and each circle will have a different focus and something different to tap into as a way of healing on all levels as it is often said , we cannot pour from an empty cup
Come along for some lovely stretches, visualisation, meditation, oracle cards, crystals and reiki and discussions.

About
WHAT IS A WOMEN’S CIRCLE!
At The Reiki Room we take a more traditional and Spiritual approach to our Women’s Circles and look to create a safe space, a place where you can be yourself, commune, open up as much as you would like and feel heard and seen.
Starting with a guided meditation to welcome and ground you, our Circles are designed to draw inspiration from strong Women through history evoking Goddess energy from many traditions.
It is a place where we can connect, share experiences, talk about (if you would like to) our experiences and learn from others.
We will explore crafts such as Willow Work, Kitchen Witchery through Herbalism, Aromatherapy and its benefits and take our teachings from Mother Earth herself.
These evenings are open to all Women who feel they want to connect with like minds, and nothing is expected of you at all. Even if you are curious and just want to come and listen, you can take part as little or as much as you like, no one will judge you, everyone in the room took that first step and we know that the first step is always the hardest but also sometimes the most rewarding.
