Join us for our a wonderful evening of manifestation and warming soothing Crystal Bowl tones and vibration.

Allow the carefully selected tones to cleanse and balance each energy centre and leave you in a place of harmony.

We understand that Mondays can be just awful days but Monday is also the springboard to our week giving us new and fresh opportunities.

We bring to you our Monday Meditations held at Mow Cop Community Hall to give you the opportunity to start the week in a positive and calming way.

Through guided meditation using specially tuned Crystal Bowls we will transport you to a place far away from the hustle and bustle of your busy lives and open up some calm and tranquil space in your minds.
