Spring Aromatherapy natural skincare and Face Yoga Workshop

The Glow Ritual: Skincare & Face Yoga Workshop.
This workshop is a beautiful fusion of natural hand blended skincare, breathwork. and face yoga designed to nourish your skin and calm your nervous system. Hosted by Julie
You’ll be guided to make a couple of natural skin care items including an aromatherapy clay face mask with essential oils to use as part of the ritual and to also take home
Once we have made our skin care items
a gentle ritual will follow that includes
Grounding through the breath
Relaxing facial lymphatic massage
Targeted face yoga techniques to lift, tone, and release tension
We will then apply some of our hand crafted clay mask , pop on a heated eye mask and relax in a beautiful nature meditation
Herbal tea and raw chocolate to finish x
