This introductory Level 1 course in Usui Reiki has been designed by Julie, Reiki practitioner of over 30 years and Reiki Master of over 15 years. Julie has taught 100s of Reiki prectitioners face to face but for the first time we can now offer her courses at distance for you to learn at your own pace.
The Level 1 course will set you on your journey to becoming a Reiki healer, for yourself and others.
Having booked your course you will recieve your easy to follow Reiki Level 1 manual followed by  5 x 45 minute modules delivered via Zoom or email.
Face to Face Zoom meetings can be arranged should you require further support as part of your booking.
Level 1 will consist of looking at the story of Reiki, its history and its evolution in the west, the Reiki principles and explanation of thier place in everyday life, Jounalling prompts.
This course will move on to take a deep look at the energy centres we will work with, or Chakras, as they are more commonly known today, with a spoken and guided meditation for you to tune in to these energy centres. This is followed by "How Reiki works" with healing responses, what to expect and how to react with interviews from former students to help with the understanding of the above. 
We will cover self healing and the hand positions, and psychic protection.
The module will close with 10 questions on the learning and a full explanation of the attunement process.
At the end of this course you will recieve a beautifully fully framed certificate and be qualified to practice on yourself, your friends and family and your pets.
